IRH offers one of the largest selection of infrared heaters and controllers worldwide.

We stock a variety of white infrared heaters with smooth or structured surfaces in different designs and with IP20 and IP44 ratings. The structured mineral surfaces resemble ingrain wallpaper. The infrared heaters with a mineral surface can be produced in all RAL colours.

Our infrared heaters with glass, mirror or picture décor are effective design features in any room.
Glass and mirrors heaters can also be manufactured with LED lighting.

The range of products we provide also includes marble and granite heaters, upright heaters and patio radiators.

High-performance infrared heaters with up to 3,600W output (mounted at a height of at least 3 metres) are ideal for commercial areas such as in halls, swimming pools and churches, etc. Infrared heaters can also be integrated in the ceilings of low rooms.

To regulate the infrared heaters, customers are invited to select between socket thermostats, wired thermostats and remote controls by the firms Eberle, Elektro Bock and Watts.

We also provide a smart home system by Watts and text message-controlled socket thermostats by Elektro Bock.

The IRH “basic” infrared heaters are 2.5 cm thick and are available in 2 standard sizes with heating capacities of 750W and 1000W. Both models with their respective performances are the most cost-eff ective infrared heaters in our product line.

The heating units from the IRH “basic“ series are robust with a smooth white surface. They are laterally riveted and have the IP20 protection class. Because of their attractive size, the heaters from the IRH “basic” series can be used in the most diverse rooms.

Both infrared heaters can be horizontally or vertically mounted on the wall or ceiling using the supplied installation profile.

The models are all frameless. Their standard version is white with either a roughcast style surface or for the Komaxit version a smooth surface.

Our “slim-line“ infrared heaters are only 1.2 cm “thick“.

The model series is available with a performance of 100W up to 750W for the mineral coating option and in the smooth white Komaxit version from 450W up to 930W. The panels reach a maximum surface temperature of approx. 100°C (you can not burn yourself, dry heat) and come with a 1.80 m long cable with plug.

At the end of 2014 the 750W “slim-line“ infrared heater with mineral coating was tested on the Technical University
Kaiserslautern for radiation efficiency. With an effi ciency of 54%, it had one of the best results from the infrared heaters tested (This value corresponds to the Class 1, radiation efficiency higher then 50%).

All of the models can be horizontally or vertically mounted on the wall or ceiling with the supplied installation profile. They can also be used in mobile situation with proper support base.

The “comfort“ series heating units are manufactured in high quality. The case is riveted on the back panel leaving all visible surfaces free of studs.

The heating unit comes in your choice of a mineral or powder-coated surface. The Powder coating resembles the rind of citrus fruits. The infrared heaters are suitable for mounting on the wall or on the ceiling and are delivered with the proper installation profile including the mounting brackets.

The Panels come with a 1.80 m connection cable and plug. Class I equipment, Protection class: IP44; we guarantee this product for 5 years. Standard colour white. The panels with mineral coating are off ered in all RAL-colours (for an additional charge, see accessories).

The colour hue of of the “comfort“ with powder-coating is similar to RAL 9010. All of the models can be horizontally or vertically mounted on the wall or ceiling with the supplied installation profile.

The “exclusive-trend-line“ series heating units are produced with the highest quality. They are an advancement of the time-tested “slim-line“ series. The case is formed from reinforced, galvanised sheet steel. As a result the heating unit is extremely sturdy and warp-proof. Additionally the “exclusive-trend-line“ stores heat signifi cantly longer.
Because the case is riveted on the back panel all visible surfaces of the “exclusive-trend-line“ are free of studs. The heating unit is offered with either mineral- or powder-coated surfaces. The infrared heaters are able to be mounted on the wall or on the ceiling and are delivered with the proper installation profile.

The heaters come with a 1.80 m connection cable and plug. Class I equipment, Protection class: IP44; we offer a 5-year guarantee on the product.
The standard colour is white – Models with a mineralcoating can be fi nished in any desired RAL-colour.

The picture heaters (except for glass) are an in-house production from IRH. As a result of the particular printing process, our picture heaters look like real pictures. You can choose to have your own design or an image designs from ex. www.fotolia.de for your picture heater. A resolution of 300dpi or higher and a minimum size of 2 MB, is ideal.

The picture heaters are off ered frameless or with an aluminium frame. We are happy to provide the frame face widths (dimensions) upon request. Sample frames are on display in our showroom.

The picture heaters can be delivered with a heating performance of 100W up to 930W (Print on anodised aluminium) as well as 400W up to 900W (Glass picture heaters). They come with a 1.70 m long cable with plug. Depending on the base model the maximum surface temperature is between 70°C and 100°C (Print on anodised aluminium), however there is no danger of being burned.

Glass picture heaters with aluminium frame – Information

The infrared glass heaters captivate with their sophisticated design. They are especially good for living areas, representative spaces and bathrooms but are also suitable for conservatories, hotels, holiday homes, restaurants etc.

They can be mounted either horizontally or vertically. It is also possible to install them on the ceiling (only for framed heaters, a special installation profile is required!).

The heaters are between 14 mm and 30 mm thin. They come with a 1.70 m cable with plug and the required mounting material.

All of the heating units are TÜV tested and approved. They are produced in Germany and have the GS certification mark. They are splash-proof (IPX4), come with an overheating protection and are available with a performance of 210W up to 1400W.

The infrared-mirror heaters impress with their gallant appearance. They are very suitable for bathrooms (when the infrared-mirror is turned on, it can not be fogged), but also for anterooms, bedrooms and every other type of room, where you want to have a classy mirror.

They can be mounted horizontal and vertical.

The heaters are 14 mm thin and are delivered with a 1,70 m long cable including the plug and appropriate mounting material.

All heating elements are TÜV-proved and licensed, are manufactured in Germany and have the GS-certification mark.

They are splash-water prooved (IP X4), have overheating protection and a power from 210W to 1400W.

The marble and granite heater from the series “MR” are intended for the heating of prestigious rooms, halls, bathrooms, etc. They can be horizontally as well as vertically secured.

The heating units are made up of a marble plate, heating unit and a supply cable.

It is recommended to regulate the marble and granite heaters with a room thermostat.

These bar-shaped heaters (standard length 150cm) are intended primarily for the heating of industrial and agricultural objects as well as storage objects, but they can be used in any other object with clearance of 3.5 m up to 10m.

The high-performance heating is available with outputs from 600W to 3600W with dimensions 150x13x5cm (900W, 1200W), 150x23x5cm (1800W, 2400W) and 150x33x5cm (600W, 3600W). The protection is IPx4

The heating element is an aluminum heating lamella which is provided with a specially developed surface treatment (Silicating). This patented technology guarantees unrivaled levels of emissivity.

In addition to the standard surface of white, very resistant powder paint, the high-performance heating systems are also available in stainless steel. This version is for heating rooms with high moisture content or example for rooms where the air is contaminated with salts or other corrosive substances.

In spaces in which an increased risk of damage to the heating elements consists (sports halls, construction sites, etc.), protective guards are available for the high-performance heating systems that can be mounted directly on the high-performance heating.

Furthermore available are angled brackets with which the high-performance heating elements can be mounted with inclination. The suspensions are available for wall and ceiling mounting.

The highlight of this, based on the mineral heaters, infrared heaters is that they can be installed directly into the ceiling structure (Cassette soffits).

This type of installation is ideal especially in offices and shops, since there is no lost space for office furniture, shelving, etc. on the walls.

The panels for coffered ceilings are with the performance 300W (60x60x3cm) and 600W (60x125x3cm) available and can be manufactured at an additional cost in any RAL color.

Together with our partners we manufacture furniture with built-in infrared heaters. Currently the furniture is entirely made of wood, on furniture made from other materials we are currently working.

Tower heater:

The Tower heater is especially suitable for large rooms in which there is room for infrared heaters only partially on the walls. In each column up to 4 Infrared heater can be installed. Thus, the maximum power per column is 3400W. The columns are space-saving, decorative and can be used as storage space. For new buildings, we advise when heating columns are to be used to schedule ground sockets. When planning, we are happy to advise you.

Heating stand:

The mobile heating stand carries up to 2 infrared heaters and may also be made of different woods. The maximum power is 1700W. This Heating Furniture is particularly suitable for offices, zone heating or events.

Heating table:

The heating table is similar to the heating column, but has a larger storage space – either round or square. The infrared heaters are located below the table top and can be mounted in a triangle or rectangle. At the triangle, the maximum heating power is 2550W and 3400W at rectangle. The heating table can be used as well as the heating columns. Also in beer gardens, sidewalk cafés, at events, etc. this furniture is in demand.

The cube-heating:

In the cube up to 4 infrared heaters can be used. Here it is advisable for new buildings when heating furniture are to be used to schedule ground sockets. The height of the cube depends on the size of the infrared heaters.

Other furniture-heating are planned. We are happy to manufacture on request also individual heating furniture for you.

On the one hand infrared heating systems can be controled just as conventional heating systems with a control center or room by room with permanently installed room thermostats. The big difference is that the possibility also exists to control the infrared heaters either with socket thermostats or by radio thermostats individually.

The Infrared heater is plugged into the thermostat, which in turn is plugged into the socket.

A radio thermostat set consists of room thermostat and receiver. Here the receiver (sensor) is plugged into the socket and the infrared heater is plugged into the receiver. The thermostat itself can be used in mobile use, as also be installed fixed in space.

The following is an overview of the possible options.

Socket Thermostat

The outlet on our thermostats are programmable. For all the devices you need only one socket in the room. The Thermo-Timer features a temperature sensor which is located on a 1m long cable. Thus, the thermostat can be placed behind furniture or in corners of the room into a wall outlet. The sensor, in turn, is positioned so that it can measure the actual room temperature well (at a distance from walls or cold objects). The TS10 has a built in temperature sensor.

Thermostat on plaster

The control is done for all infrared heaters centrally via a thermostat which is mounted on plaster. Here, the electrician must wire above plaster to extend the cable of the infrared heaters. The infrared heaters are then connected to a common line, which in turn ends at the thermostat. This controls all infrared heaters that are connected to this thermostat together. To hide the cable the installation of cable channels is an option.

Thermostat for concealed installation

All infrared heaters connected to the thermostat are controlled centrally via a room thermostat – In this case – as in the assembly on plaster. Here the electrician must wire concealed. This variant is particularly appropriate for new buildings or renovations, or alterations. The big advantage is that no cables are necessary.

TIP: In this case, place all infrared heaters on a closed circuit. This should end at a separate counter. This gives you the opportunity to apply for the significantly lower heat electricity.

Wireless Thermostat

In this variant, you can adjust the infrared heaters by means of a wireless thermostat. The receiver is plugged into an outlet, which in turn the infrared heater is plugged in. Most wireless thermostats are programmable. High-quality devices can be even controlled by mobile phone. This variant is an excellent solution especially for holiday and weekend houses.
